Discover the Magic Within: An Excerpt from Chapter 13 of "Before You Say I Do: Transform Your Love Life From Within"

I'm excited to share with you a glimpse into Chapter 13 of my book, "Before You Say I Do," where we dive into the mysterious connection between our bodies and the universe.

Excerpt from Chapter 13:

"We are brilliant beings of love, sparks of divine light in magical bodies. Science has already proven that humans are composed mostly of water and stardust from old supernovas. The human body contains around 20 different elements, most of them made in ancient stars! Age is irrelevant when we realize we are made up of atoms that are 13.7 billion years old. We are bits and pieces of star and cosmic dust that can breathe, talk, sing, dance, and make love.

Your body is the remnants of a star that took its last breath. I’d like to invite you to breathe into that for a moment. A star took its last breath so you could be you. Your body is magical. Your body is sacred. Yes….those small breasts are sacred! Yes…that large bottom is sacred! Yes…that round tummy is sacred! Yes…those adorable round knees are sacred! Yes…those bony toes are sacred!

Your body contains the wisdom of atoms that are 13.7 billion years old. And yet…sometimes…we don’t listen to it. We ignore what the pain and discomfort is telling us. We ignore our hunger. We ignore our thirst. We sometimes judge our body, tell it mean things, and we are cruel to our own body. Telling our body it is too old… too fat… too crinkly and wrinkly… It has too much cellulite… It is too skinny… or too light… or too dark… Do we dare say these things to the stars as they twinkle in the night sky? Have you ever tried to capture in a photo the mesmerizing beauty of a full moon glowing brightly in the night sky? I did. I took a photo of the full moon as it shone larger than life outside my front door. But on my camera roll, the huge glowing moon looked like a little white dot!

Just like the moon and the stars, a camera can never capture the immensity of our own beauty. Our beauty is our light within, our energy, our sexuality, and how we love. Our beauty is far beyond what the naked eye can see. If someone tells you that you are ugly, they can’t see your magnificence. Send them away with love and your blessing for their poor blind eyes cannot see your true beauty."
