My approach is unlike a relationship counselor or sex therapist. I use an embodiment-based coaching model which means guiding you in a way to access the knowing that resides in your body, the somatic knowing of who you really are beyond your mind.  Since wisdom and traumas are stored in our body, this allows you to transform who you are from the inside out. This is highly effective because if you want to change your outer reality, you must first meet your shadows and transform your inner reality.

Our sessions will be done remotely via Zoom and everyone remains fully clothed. I can work with people almost anywhere in the world if they have access to an internet connection.

We can talk about anything and everything you wish to discuss from heartbreak to loss to divorce, past hurts or traumas, relationship challenges, and sexual dynamics.

Embodied somatic work can unearth powerful things, so I recommend you always give yourself some private time after our sessions for integration and reflection before returning to work or family. 

I am a trauma-informed certified sex, love, and relationship coach. I have completed additional training in attachment styles, shadow work, conscious dating, tantra, sacred sexuality, feminine embodiment and masculine + feminine polarity.

Therapy is important and coaching is a great companion to therapy. I am an expert in love and intimacy coaching for men and women. This is deep, soul-level, heart-opening work. You will be taken through exercises, practices, and meditations that get you in touch with your emotions, your subconscious mind, and your nervous system where true transformation takes place.

My coaching is not about teaching men how to “be masculine.”
It’s about creating the sacred space where their emotional wounds, confusion, and fragmentation around love, intimacy, and identity can begin to heal.

Through deep presence, non-judgment, emotional clarity, and sacred polarity, I help men reconnect with the confidence, truth, and inner integrity that has always been within them—beneath the performance, the pain, and the pressure to be something they’re not.

This is not about reshaping men.
It’s about holding the mirror steady until they remember who they are.

In some cases, I may suggest collaborative or complementary masculine mentorship, but that is always in service to the client, and not because it replaces or diminishes the feminine-led healing that must come first.

I work with men who are seeking more than technique.
They’re seeking wholeness.
And that journey begins not with performance but with presence.
